The replies are indeed funny.
I have not heard of this before but once just outside this small town in Tassie.
The local police force burned a huge heap of cannabis plants.
Apparently the whole state was nearly stoned, there were animals falling old ladies vomiting, and a few lads with a couple o slabs of the amber nectar having a good old time.
