Individual Club Badged Balls for Championship and League 1, and Generic in League 2.

Yes it looks like Barnet have misunderstood? The Mitre site does say League 2 will be generic :(

I'm only guessing but it could mean Mitre was referring to the previous season and individual balls for league 2 are being introduced for the coming season.

Mitre has developed a range of club specific balls for each of the 48 Championship and League One clubs, launching to League Two for the 2009/2010 season.

Reading the above about the 2009/2010 season I'd take that to mean that seeing as though it was a popular idea last season, they will roll it out to League 2 this season. Possibly a good job seeing as though when the balls get kicked out of the ground, no one can deny who's ball it is...

yes then people will know where to send the bill when a ball comes through the window while they are waiting for the car wash

Good point. I bet if it happened no one would have thought the ball had come from the football ground. :lol:
