He should remember where he came from seeing as though he was manager of Grays Athletic. I'm sure he also enjoyed trips to Stafford and Woking too...

"But Alan Liptrott, co-editor of fansite GillsConnect.com, says the majority will just be pleased to be back into League One again.

He said: “It is a bit strange, I feel for the fans but it could have been worse. Last season we were looking at trips to Accrington and Morecambe but this year there are lots of games to look forward to.”

The co-editor of their fansite used to manage Grays Athletic? I never knew that!
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

to be fair to mark he was probabaly alluding to his record up here as much as the long journeys 8-) his only win up here as far as i can remember was with gills last season
he lost with grays twice the first time badly and lost/drew with stevenage
good luck to him he used players in non league to boost his team and an articulate manager too
