Is the whole of Morecambe one giant roadworks at the moment? Or does it just seem that way?

What's the longest journey you can manage around Morecambe without encountering any roadworks?

Avoid westgate like the plague. IF you're lucky they have a guy with a stop/go sign to replace the wetsgate lights at the bottom of the bridge. IF you're unlucky, the new lights are working and they change at complete odds to the roadwork lights meaning 1 or 2 cars manage to get through each cycle.

And there's more to come, a few roadsigns around morecambe & lancaster warning of roadworks at the end of july.
