Interesting that the new stadia for Warrington has a seating capacity of 14,000 at a cost of £6.8million. Not sure when it was built as costs will have risen since then, but the cost of our new stadium albeit with only a capacity of 7,000 with the additional sports areas, training pitch and parking areas, seems to be good value for money at around £6.5 million.

As a matter of interest, I wonder at what stage of the development the actual pitches were put down?
