I think your question might need tweaking. Four players from Hull alone have played in all four leagues. They are Boaz Myhill, Ian Ashbee, Andy Dawson and Ryan France.

Which player won a World Cup Winner's medal as well as winners' medals in the European Cup, FA Cup, Uefa Cup and the English top division. Same player was also promoted from all three of the English Football Leagues (ie now League Two, League One and Championship).

Turns out this question/answer was incorrect Glen as Ian Callaghan and his mates (Jimmy Greaves, Norman Hunter etc) who did'nt actually play in the final did'nt receive their winning medals until yesterday!
