Just a reminder, that it is 7pm KO. We can use this as the match thread later.

Don't know who Snowball is? And if Brown can't get a start tonight, he's not got a snowball's hope in hell of playing again

A sixteen year-old, first year Acadamy player. Good luck to the lad!

Once again, the might of Carlisle United FC hoves into view of the awestruck Morecambrians!

Gasp as we fill your stands (for the league match)!

Tremble as our attacking prowess of 3 goals in 9 games is crushed against your defence!

Ooh in admiration as erm... errr... yeah

Anyone got 10p for a cup of tea?

Dreadful defending, do they think they are us??? 8-)

Hope responded quickly after the defensive mess. :D :D :D

Carlisle with all the possession and pretty passing but not much threat. Snowball having a good game. Full of running and enthusiasm....and a yellow card!

Very little to comment on. Carlisle with LOADS of possession, but not done anything with it. They finally had a shot on target in the 45th minute, which was well saved by Burgoyne.

Snowball in the book for a "robust challenge". To be hones, I think I'd blame Hope, who should have chased the ball, but indicated to Snowball that he was leaving it. Snowball was always going to be second to it, but for a sixteen year old lad, he wasn't over-awed, no taking prisoners!

Our goal came from Songo'o (I think) pressuring their defender, after a short pass from the keeper. Defender went square, but their lad didn't deal with it and Hope reacted quickly, to put it away.

A bit 'pre-season' feel, as per usual in this competition!

Good to see George Reay back and getting fit. 16 year old Snowball is a real handful! Just got booked for a crunching tackle. Looked good to me but ref thought otherwise. Slow paced game more like pre season stuff. Just win and get the ten grand hopefully!
