Don't know if it's been mentioned before but I would like to say well done to the ref today

Excellent performance.. Let the game flow and only 1 yellow card which was fully deserved for Macadam

9 / 10 for the ref from me

I think he gave more 50:50's to Harrogate. Also, I think there was a *HUGE* shove on one of our defenders, in the build up to their goal. But in general, he was above average.

Unfortunately Colchester drew with Barrow, Carlisle won and Accy thrashed Chesterfield. Only Swindon lost so we haven't gained much but at least we haven't been cast adrift. However, I didn't see much to inspire me today except a very dogged defence.

Aw come on give them some credit. Harrogate are better than some folk think and only last weekend beat Wrecsum. Tell me how many teams do that nowadays? It meant a lot to beat us today because they are lower mid table and a win would have pushed them clear of the bottom. Don’t get me wrong we lack a little in quality but now the team have been together for a while they appear to be gelling into a half decent unit. Onwards and upwards.

OK. Maybe I went too far and I certainly haven't given up on the team. On another thread I agree that we have had some very tough games against the top teams and have now got teams closer to our level once we've played Port Vale. We have got a lot of fight/team spirit but we do lack quality particularly at the front.

Today was kind of a must win game. Don't care how we did it but we got the job done. Hopefully we can continue to pick up points this month. Saturday is as tough as it gets

Never in doubt :?

Fantastic celebrations at the end.

How they didn't score another is a mystery, but we clearly had luck on our side in that department.

They certainly put us through the mincer today
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

The sky comentator must have done his home work ,talked about the sale of club and that morecambe fans wanted Jason Whittingham out.

If and it's an if Stu Moore is injured long term would it be worth bringing back Jokull Andresson on short term deal as cover

Free agent now he's left Reading

After his three saves, I'd say Burgoyne should be given a chance rather than spending money on Andresson. Save any cash to bolster the forward line in January. If after a few games, Burgoyne is struggling, then bring someone else in.

I meant to mention this the other day but forgot to post it...

I thought Hendrie had his best game in a Morecambe shirt. I've been critical of him in the past, and felt that although he always gives 100% he lacks quality. On Saturday, his crossing could still be improved (a few times, he hit the first man), but he tackled well, rarely got caught in possession and get forwards much more than previous games. Hopefully, the improvement is down to coaching and the improvements will continue.
