FA Cup Round 2

FA Cup Round 2

Who do we want?

Away at Gainsborough please! On TV and somewhere we played in Northern Premier League days. Away to Harborough would have a decent chance of being on TV too. Both *SHOULD* see us into Round Three.

Away at Stevenage it will be then.

So how did that work out then?

The draw will be televised at around 7:45pm during Sunday's highlights programme on BBC2, as well as on The FA Cup social media channels...

Is he?

Looking at the last two January transfer windows, there's no evidence at all that funds from cup ties or player sales have been given to the manager to improve the squad via any decent loanees. Both Januaries have been very poor in terms of us not bringing in much, if any, decent talent, especially the free-agents we brought in after deadline day who proved to be a complete waste of space and must have been cheap.

In prior years, we've actually done pretty well in keeping/brining in some quality loanees that have helped get us out of trouble.

I'd love Derek or the Board to come out and state categorically that ALL the cup run monies WILL be available to augment the squad in January, no ifs, not buts, no weasel worded statements, just some clarity for once.

I meant in that he's facing his old club again, so will be a good opportunity to do one over them again! Sorry to give your fingers an unnecessary workout! ;)
