Morecambe Comedy Club

Apparently, there is a Comedy Club night at the Mazuma this evening. £12 (+booking fee) looks like a bargain. Obviously, it is not worth telling anyone about, but it was mentioned in another thread...

Maybe Jason will make an appearance

...so I visited the official site to find out more.

To be fair to the club I have had a number of emails from the them for this.
It has also been on their site and over FB for some time now.

It's been advertised on various social media sites as well as the OWS for at least a couple of months...I got our tickets as soon as it was announced.

We had a great night. I'd guess at over a 100 there last night. Flyers on the tables for the next 2 nights as well.

I'd put it down as a successful start to the venture.

Good stuff, hope it continues to grow.

I don't pretend to understand Facebook, but I didn't get the adverts. I think I had emails, but not sure!

Great night, each act on for about 30-45 mins plus short interval after each,
food available to buy not sure what the options were as we ate before we went
Deffo going to the next one

Just got my tickets for the second comedy night 25th October
Notice it says 7pm start ?
That correct?
Early start because we have early KO day after perhaps?

First one was bar open 7.30 for 8pm start
So is this one bar open 6.30 for 7 pm start???
Anyone clarify?

Thanks
