O/T Dishwasher repair

Can anybody recommend an Appliance Repair Engineer who has practical knowledge in the repair of a Bosch Dishwasher.....

The dishwasher will not fill with water however our regular plumber has tested that water is able to enter the machine but reckons it could be a inlet valve or solenoid that may be faulty therefore not allowing water to enter the chamber.

I would welcome details of a local Appliance Repair Engineer who may be able to resolve the problem.

Bare Appliance Repair, Fairhope Ave, Morecambe. A phone call and they can tell you they repair Bosh Dishwashers. They do have a minimum charge/call out charge.

Yep, they did one of mine, similar issue £40 call out charge covered the 1st 30 minutes and he had it done in 20.
Can imagine it will be more than £40 call out to Storth tho

Thank fully local plumber said it was due to low water pressure due to major water works in the area that required reducing every households water pressure. In the case of a dishwater the water pressure has to be high enough for inlet valve to operate.

Pressure now back to near normal so hopefully when we use it later tonight it will work OK....fingers crossed....

I've had a dishwasher wherever I've lived since 1996, and never once seen the urge to use one. Just a bit of extra storage space in the kitchen.
