Are we all nervous?

To play devil's advocate , if it does turn out to be Sarb or a Sarb Consortium is it really any worse than Bond group and Jason ?

Jason never had money and used loans to purchase and service the club. This is a problem.

Sarb appears to have money but no legitimate source. This potentially is a bigger problem.

Just listened to Dave Salmon’s interview with Richard Allan of the Shrimpstrust on Twitter. From what I could decipher from a very good interview is that the interested party that reached out to the Shrimpstrust is not Sarbjot! They were apparently very transparent and open with what they shared with the Shrimpstrust.
However, this party is not the party that is submitting paperwork to the EFL for approval and fit and proper directors test according to the statement released by the BoD’s a couple of days ago!

A tweet from the very insightful Martin Calladine explaining the recent movements between the businesses owned by Johal and his mates.

If it was Sarbjot I bet he'd be paying to have his name in all the papers etc like he did last time. Remember those very flattering headlines calling him a young tycoon set to beat Tyson to the ownership of the club. Makes me think (hope) it might not be him this time.

Might be he doesn't want the ignominy of it being in the press then he gets turned down by the EFL again.

He won't have his name anywhere near the bid, he can't be that daft.

I see that he has been busy liking facebook posts again

Think you are right about him not wanting his name anywhere connected to any bid.

Suggest that it will be one of his financial backers who will be the front man for any bid....assuming that it's him that he has agreed a sale with the Bond group and to date it appears to be a rumour.

Do we know for sure as to whether the submission has been made to the EFL has been made?

I think the board will know if a submission has been made. Surely the EFL would consult them for their views and opinions.

Probably didn't match the offer made previously by Sarbjot which appears to be dictating Jason's requirement.

Don't think the Trust should refer to an offer that exceeds the Trust's own valuation which was based on what criteria.. :?: :?: :?:

Guessing again, with more unsubstantiated codswallop

Just let those who really know the situation get on with it, and let the 'world' know when it's sorted.

Bollocks.....as per usual.
