I hope that enough folk do the same to make their voice heard.

However, all spoiled votes are shown to the candidates, who have to agree there is not a clear indication of choice, so you could send a personalised message to them
Brighten up a long and boring count for them, and get it off your chest for you!

I didn't know that, assumed they just got binned and it was a bit of a useless exercise so that's interesting to know.
Ultimately though, the tories have been so monumentally bad that the priority for me has to be voting against them. In most constituencies that means voting for Labour, so be it.

i personally thought his 'contract' was quite a interesting listen
its time there was some real opposition rather than the 2 poor mainstream parties
as the man in the debate said ' are these the best 2 this country has to offer'

Why is that?
Were you thinking of converting your religion, Gone_Shrimping?
I'm Atheist so I wont be going to Friday Prayers with you so no Islamic Republic for me.Gone_Shrimping wrote:Nigel Farage is the only one who has sounded to me like he understands what normal people want.
I count myself as a normal person. I did look at the Contract that Dazza refers to, so I could see what Reform wants me to sign up to. I wholeheartedly agree with one clause of the contract. Which clause do you think is the best one in the Contract they want you to sign up to?

You're right that neither Sir Keir Starmer or Rishi Sunak have the charm, personality or charisma of Tony Blair or David Cameron or the VISION of a Margaret Thatcher
I wonder whether the VISION thing is a deliberate action by Sir Keir Starmer to appeal to the greater number. I suspect we'll see more of the Labour VISION when they're seeking re-election in 5 years time and we've got over this toxic time in history.

Some of my family lived in Bradford. Fabulous city for a night out at a curry restaurant, possibly some of the best food I've ever had. Admittedly Bradford has a large Pakistani population but neither I nor my family have ever been asked to convert to Islam.
I lived in the East Midlands a while back and found the local Hindu population very friendly. I don't think their religion want to convert others. Your either born a Hindu or you are not.
Our local area has always had a large Polish community since the late 1930s and they also kept their religion to themselves
With regard to grooming gangs there's paedophiles of all religions and nationalities, the biggest organisation being the Catholic Church (IMO)

David Morris out, inshallah.
