I can't imagine that he is cheap and wonder if he is a Derek type foitballer. Will he fill the Carlos role on the wing, chipping in with vital goals or will he be able to put in the work rate required by Derekball?

Well we won't have any Scots then

One tournament doesn’t a player make

If you are referring to former player and manager Ged Brannan, I think not being paid on time and a lack of clarity regarding the forthcoming seasons budget might have forced his hand (only confirmed towards the end of May, a month after Geds departure) - rather than the conclusion you have drawn, which seems harsh. Given the absolute shambolic running of the club over the last two seasons in which we have ended the season being unable to offer out of contract players a new deal, can you really blame him?

If that is a criticism of the BoDs...
Our BoDs have remained loyal to our club when many in a similar situation would have walked away.
Any criticism of our excellent BoDs is totally uncalled for and is directed in the wrong direction.

Very few BoDs would have continued under the conditions that they have had to operate under and it is credit to them that they remain loyal to our club and for that we should ALL be thankful.....not criticize as some are only too quick to do so.
And as for the players and staff getting paid late.....the contracted date for payment fell on a weekend. They got paid on the Monday which as far as I'm concerned was NOT late....
redrobo wrote:Who runs our club....the BoDs or the owner.....
The owner has no involvement in the day to day running of our club.
RRW implied that it was the running of the club that was shambolic.....
I suspect that we will continue to disagree on this issue.
