How many goals have we let in like that this season?

When a cross like that comes, from wide out left, our goalies stay rooted to the spot the attack gets there before our defender it’s an easy goal. (is that what they are taught)?

Why don’t our keepers who can use there hands come and try and get to the ball first, it’s coming towards them, if they go to the ball the would get to the ball first. Watch the flight and catch it.

I think Dave Salmon is being harsh on their keeper, it was a powerful shot that he beat away, and Smith didn't have an "easy finish", it actually went between the legs of the defender.

Well both teams tried to lose it in the final minutes, lots of mistakes. But a fair result overall.
Final place in the league 15th.
Swindon commentary praising the Morecambe players for playing today in spite of the troubles at the club.
Thank you to the whole squad and managerial team for their efforts under such terrible conditions off the pitch.

100% credit to all who went to Swindon and to the players for showing professionalism and not letting problems off the field affect them on the field.

Credit to our BoDs who must be worried about the club that they currently direct.

We also finished above them last season... 22nd over their 23rd on goal difference.

I’m pretty certain we get the same. It’s not the same as in the premier league where a higher position earns more.

That's true but I think the 3 point deduction demoralised the players and probably affected some of the results , Crewe springs to mind , which could well have been wins instead of defeats.

With our goal difference being so bad it would have taken 71 points for us to make the play-offs and that is 10 more than our total if there was no penalty of 3 points. Not impossible to see 3 wins and a draw from that dreadful run of games that sandwiched the wins over Accy and Barra.
