Hiwula, one on one and doesn't even hit the target. Doncaster fans reckon he's one of their worst ever players, he won't have changed any minds today.

Well beaten, never got into the game after the early goals. It was always going to be difficult against an in form team, but we had nothing to offer. Gave the ball away far to often. A few efforts late on, but shots off target. Out thought and outplayed. At least they didn't get five.
On to the next one hoping that some lessons have been learnt.

To be fair, we also need to credit Doncaster, who were decent, confident and in-form.

Had we won today and Tuesday. We'd have been a point behind Crewe and Barrow.

Another abject home performance couldn't put 2 passes together. OK Donny are in good form but we made them look like world beaters! Outfought out muscled in every department! At least we can look forward to Carlisle next season in our relegation fight.

Outside chance of the play offs for Donny, men against boys but Darren Drysdale as usual thinks that we are all there to watch him ref.
Donny were solid, quick, aggressive and took their chances well. We were lacklustre, passing was hopeless and didn’t deserve anything. As good as we were against Barrow, we were awful today, so that’s why we will still be in this division next season.
Wind was helped them with us misjudging the throw out for. The keeper and the cross for the first. Gwion got the ball for the second free kick, but he hit it well, but not a foul for me but not blaming anyone, and has been said Nelson mishits a pass and they capitalise for the third.

Beaten by a better team on the day, you can see why they are winning games. (Which is better than throwing some of the points we have to teams no better than us at home), that’s no consolation! If we don’t play well we get beat. They must have decided to play with the wind and kept us pinned back with good pressing and winning any high clearances. Their work rate was kept up the whole game. Two breakaway goals and a poorly defended free kick did for us.

No complaints from me....beaten by a far more competitive team who didn't allow us ant time or space to play our normal game.

First into the tackle and first into collecting any failed passes from our lads.

OK the ref wasn't that good and was guilty of failing to take action about their constant feigning injury and use of the 'dark arts' which too many times this season have we seen teams resort to that tactic with little if any action taken by referees on the day.

Think any play off position is too far for us but overall it's been an excellent season under 2 managers both with their own distinct style.

Maybe now time in the 2 remaining home games to give some of the youngsters an opportunity to see if they have what it takes to compete in EFL2.

Can't be critical on the day and at least we won on an aggregate score of 5-3.....

Charlie Brown for me. Can't fathom why he got taken off, unless Ged had given up on today and was saving him for Tuesday... Stokes a creditable runner-up, Taylor not far behind.

Good to see JJ back... Hope he can get back up to speed quickly to help contribute to an entertaining final four games.

Garner proving fortunate to be playing higher than the Conference North apart from the rare glimmer of quality soon after he arrived!

Mair's inexperience too easy to see. Hope Moore is back soon. Can't understand how Smith isn't getting a chance... must be poor in training for Mair to keep starting!
