We never do well away at Accrington and we're in the mud form wise. Heart says we might scrape a draw to stop the rot but head says we get battered.

Accrington 3-1 Morecambe

I don't like to predict losses, going back to the old faithful 1-2 win for us.

An Easter 'double header' is awaiting our improvement.
Confident going to East Lancashire. We'll give Stanley a footballing lesson on Good Friday, 3-1 to
"The Good Guys" for starters. A performance which will have Barrow fretting with trepidation come Monday.
COYS ! Enjoy your weekend Shrimps, happy days will be here again when we check the table on Monday evening.

To anyone predicting a positive result: It’s essential that you remind yourself that they’ve got some quality players at this level and that every game is a tough game in league two.

I'm going to the match. Only ever seen us win there in a meaningless Johnstones Paint Cup match !

I fear it will end Accrington 2 Morecambe 1

I think that a play off place for both teams is a step too far this season and although it is a local derby with bragging rights at stake I'd be tempted to put maybe a couple of the Academy lads into the match day squad to give them a taste of the importance of the game to both clubs and its fans and put them on the bench to come on with circa 20 minutes to go so see if they have the potential for the next few seasons.

Accrington to get a penalty, Morecambe to have a man sent off and the referee to give them everything.

I almost agree. A play off place is probably a step too far... ...but not yet out of the question. Let's get this weekend out of the way. Two wins, we're right back in the mix. Two defeats, then it will be time to start looking at youngsters, with an eye to next season. I'd be happy to see Rawson, Love & Moore back on the bench first.
