Totally agree, and he certainly doesn't warrant another thread.
Will Barrow, who are doing really well, want to build their team around him? If not, will he put a shift in, or sit on the bench, thinking he is too good for League Two? I reckon we probably got the better part of the deal!

How is it fickle to expect a player to put a shift in?
I could say a few things about your fanbase but I will decline, out of politeness.
Go well, Crustaceans.

He clearly needs his ego stroked to put the effort in.
Whether his agent has caused this, I don't know, but as we've seen with others, sometimes an agent can really ruin a good player by feeding him all kinds of rubbish about what he's worth, and how important he is...

I suspect the agent did indeed mess with his head, and he thought he was too big for us. The reason Burton. were the only ones coming knocking is any bigger teams will have been put off by his diva attitude.
The key thing is, he's not a kid, he's almost thirty. A 19 year lad may get another chance, but a senior pro, being a drama queen can seriously disrupt the dressing room. For his sake, I hope he realises he's been a dick, and now focusses on playing football. And if not... oh dear, so sad.

All in the second half of the season, when he suddenly realised he needed to put himself back in the shop window. What a shame he didn't play for us in the first half of the season too.
