Wycombe (A) Predictions

Wycombe (A) Predictions

Postby AndyReifman » Tue Nov 28, 2023 10:19 pm

Can we break out of our losing streak with a little cup action?

Wycombe also haven't been in the best form in the League, but that is a league above us.

Going to hope for some of that cup magic and go with a 1-2 win.

Anyone know if this round goes straight to a replay or if there's ET/Pens?

Wycombe will have at least 2 players suspended on Saturday

Harry Boyes for red card last night and goalkeeper Stryjek for five yellow cards

Maybe just maybe

We desperately need a break from league action so this has come at a good time. Unfortunately feel like we could very much use some third round money to save our season in January so maybe not.

I think the pressure being slightly off for this one might go in our favour.

Wycombe 1-2 Morecambe

I'd be delighted with an unexpected draw, 1-1.

Getting through to the third round could be massive for us. But, even if we do, we'd probably be drawn away at Plymouth or Stoke, instead of Chelsea or Everton!

So how did that work out then?

Wycombe aren't having a great time at present , a bit like us.

I will try reverse psychology predict a defeat and hope for a win.

Wycombe actually have undersoil heating but there is some conjecture on their forum that it might be broken.

I’ll go WW 1 us 0.
