Crawley at home now postponed due to our international call-ups.

Bladdy great , we had every room booked in the guesthouse by a group of Crawley fans who all wanted breakfast too and i can't imagine them travelling up on a Tuesday evening in November .

Such is the life of a guesthouse proprietor. Years ago we had a party of Germans booked for a week, then the Falklands War kicked off and they cancelled as "they couldn't visit a country that was at war!"

Could have been worse, visitors from La Merde, makers of le exocet.

I was down south on HMS HERMES, almost a victim of le exocet.
