At the game, so limited updates. County should be winning, with the best chance. Mellon (I think) had a cracking shot just wide.

I was tempted to put Notts County as the home side, as we're totally sat back, letting them play, which is really frustrating, as their defence looks very dodgy. If listening/watching on iFollow, you may hear the words "sweeper keeper" occasionally

Jesus christ the tackling is horrible on our team. every time it goes out we never get possession just give it back attack after attack. You'd think four defenders would be able to take it from two strikers but somehow they just can't sniff a steal. Actual retards on our team

Now that's a lot better and something that we can build on.

I think we have to accept that we are not a team that is going to dominate games as it just isn't the way that DA operates.

Hopefully we can bring in an experienced striker who can play alongside our 19 year olds who will tire before the season finishes.

So for me tonight was a vast improvement on Saturday.....now bring on Bradford.... ;)

Must give special word about Yan who was directing the troops from the players box after being subbed. Shows for me the responsibilities as the club's senior pro he has toward his younger and less experienced teammates.

Interesting game. County defence looked very poor, and had conceded seven in two games, but we didn't really put them under pressure. The best two chances were County, including them somehow, hitting the crossbar when it looked easier to score. But, we had a couple of half-reasonable chances.

Probably a decent point, but we're either going to have to change something, or settle for not scoring?

For a nil - nil, I found the game a good watch.

Excellent how we held our shape and the work rate by all was fantastic. Build on this and we should be fine.

It does beg the question of why all those changes were made against Mansfield, lets just keep it simple.

Excellent performance - thought that was a hugely engrossing tactical battle. County changed shape a couple of times but still couldn't get the better of us.

Managed the press expertly - let their players have the ball in non-dangerous areas while blocking off routes forward. Yes, their goalkeeper had lots of the ball, but he did basically nothing with it as he had no options. It was a clear plan and worked very well. Half his kicks went straight out, the other half landed on Rawson's head. Baffling to have so many people shout at our players to close down the keeper. If we do that, then there's a spare defender/midfielder free to take the ball to feet and drive into a more dangerous area.

Yep! Think it was a plan to deal with Mansfield's unusual set-up in their diamond, but didn't work out well.

A very hard watch at times. The first 15 minutes in particularly, two Notts County defenders playing keep ball! Nearly worked after 20 mins when they got through down our left side. Bloxham and Adam our threat but both did not pull the trigger near goal. Great save by Moore near end of first half. Second half nip and tuck and after the subs came on both tried to nick the points by being more offensive and a good 15 last minutes of the game, good to watch but nerve wrecking. I think we will be alright at home again this season, it’s away we have to improve and by that I mean WINNING!!! Lastly Both our full backs had good games.
