So what now

This continued silence regarding the current position of the takeover should be of concern to us all.

It's about time someone came on this Forum and told the clubs fans and in some cases shareholders exactly what is going on and more importantly why the delay in either rejecting or approving the takeover..... :?: :?: :?:

I suspect that the EFL have rejected the takeover but that decision is now down to an appeal.

The longer this goes on the less chance we have of being able to put together a team to start next season and with that all the implications for OUR club that that will bring.

The silence from the club, especially following the Shrimps Trust statement, pretty much tells you the picture.

I cannot see how this is going to get turned round.

Yes and everyday that goes by I fear the situation is getting worse but no one seems to be in a hurry to do anything.

Not good for ST sales either. Just looked on the seating plan and only around 200 seats sold so far, whereas over 1,000 were sold last year. Clearly people are waiting to see what happens with ownership situation before risking their money which may end up sucked out of the club by the current owners! We desperately need to hear from our directors - they can't keep up their silence as people are rightly spooked by lack of information coming out of the club.

I'm holding off on the ST until I've heard something positive.
No point paying up only to see Delboy and Rodney ride of into the sunset with it.

We need to hear something and soon from the club, showing a clear plan for the future of the club.

Other than that it might well be the Morecambe Bay Pirates* v Ramsbottom next year.

I'm not sure if boycotting the season tickets until a takeover is a good move? We still have 6 players and lots of staff who need paying. Nobody knows if JW has been dipping in to the till or if he is even able to. Reassurances from the Board regarding this may be beneficial.

Days are ticking by, the season starts 4th August.

We know the board read this forum and if a director could come on and assure us that all the season ticket money is ring fenced and safe from Bond Group then I would go ahead a renew my ticket.

Totally understand people worrying about where their hard earned will end up, we have every right to be concerned with the Ownership we have. What we do need to do is stick together and get behind the people within the club and the people fighting to get answers.
