A win for Burton would be great.

A big win would neutralise their goal difference advantage.

We'd still have to win if Cambridge beat FGR. Anyway let's not jump too far ahead

Get in!
We're now, in effect, second favourites on Sunday.

Come on Burton, half the job done!

Morecambe's goal difference is now only 1 worse than Cambridge and we have scored more goals meaning a bigger win for us than Cambridge would mean we finish above them.

We need Burton to beat the MK Mongs or draw provided we can win.

Edit.

Correction. Any win means we finish above Cambridge.

We need to equal or better Cambridge's result.

and

We also need to better MK's result.

Irrelevant when we have a point more than them. We win, we finish above Cambridge period.

If we win, the only thing we need is MK Dons not to be winning.

It's Milton Keynes to lose. But then, tonight, it was Cambridge's to lose.

Milton Keynes draw or lose and we can steal it! :D :D :D

Realistically, on Sunday we need to get more points than the Plastic Dons, and at least as many as Cambridge.
The only other possibility of us staying up is if we and the Plastic Dons both win, but we score at least 8 goals more than them.

I 'think' I've got that right. :geek:

I didn't get that second bit quite right, did I.

The only other possibility of us staying up is if we and the Plastic Dons both win, but we win by a margin of at least 8 goals more than them.
