That could be quite a sensational move and competition for Cole and Obeka... :?: :?: :?:

Or is it DA's way of ensuring that we have a proven striker IF the club are already in discussions elsewhere for the transfer of Cole OR is it cover just in case Cole moves on in January having rejected an improved offer.

:?: :?: :?:

Sounds to me as though DA is covering all the options open to both Cole and our club as I can't see both Cole and Scott being in the same starting 11 unless DA sees Scott as a wide man very much like Barks was a number of seasons ago.

Too much speculation....

Possibly as Stockport certainly have the cash to splash...BUT would Cole be prepared to accept a return to EFL2..although more money could possibly be available.... :?: :?: :?:

IF he did go I'd prefer it to be EFL2 or the Championship as facing Cole would be too much for me to cope with...

Don't think that is Scott as he has very closed cropped hair on the side of his head almost bald in fact...

BUT could be Ash Hunter.... :?: :?: :?: OR maybe someone else we haven't had rumours about.

Time will no doubt tell us in due course.

You're such a riddler, marky No.1.

His first was in Warrington - maternity unit that is
He signed for the Shrimps on a freebie (gratis)
Was 2007 and he'd played around
For a bunch of clubs, some quite sound
Week 2 of the fixtures we played at Wrexham
And he was first in league 2 to score for Morecambe

Honestly can't see Cole being part of the deal for Quigley, he is out of favour at Stockport, and I am sure he would love to test himself at League 1 level after spending 5 years in the conference and league 2 combined. IMO he will be brought in as backup to Cole, not to replace him.

Why would our star player be part of a deal for their fringe players, just can't see it personally.
