We'd been playing reasonably well in the second half.

I don't like having everyone in the penalty area for corners, as if you clear, it comes straight back.

Four now, as I type.

Funny isn't it, five minutes ago, I was begining to think we may grab something. Now we're getting thumped.

The co-commentator saying this wasn't a game we expected to win...

...trouble is, where are the games left that we expect to win?

Turned into a good old-fashioned ass kicking. Probably the end of the road for this campaign, given likely outcomes elsewhere.

Can't believe after all this time we are still in it and we're now chasing Gillingham who were 15 points behind us 3 months ago

Still all to play for.....BUT have the players got the desire to get themselves out of this :?:

Listening to the post match interviews the commentators are saying that the players appear not to want to put their heads into areas that may hurt.

DA has rightly said that we don't have defenders who are strong enough to dominate the opposition which the goals against column nobody can argue against.

This is not the fault in any way of DA.

It is without question down to a very poor transfer policy of Judas and I'm so pleased that it's not working out for him at St Mirran. He is to blame for where we are.....

Even the commentators suggested that at 2-1 we had enough of the play to get back into the game but the final ball let us down. The 2 quick goals in the space of 3 minutes killed us.

Doesn't matter about other teams

We just aren't good enough

Next time we play on 2nd April we could be next to the bottom

Massive rebuild in the summer whoever is in charge

The Morecambe fans support at Wigan was fantastic. Getting behind the team. Would be a shame to lose a lot of them if we are relegated.

Hopefully, we will be a good League Two side next season and keep them coming if we're playing successful football. We could hear them in good voice, as they have been all season. Fingers crossed, coming to football on a Saturday has become a habit and being with their mates makes it something to continue.

Never let the football spoil your weekend!

Sounds as though some have thrown the towel in already..... there are still 7 games to go and anything can happen between now and then.

The last two games have seen us go behind just prior to half time. Go further behind straight after half time and then yesterday 2 goals in the space of 3 minutes. That would have affected any team in any position in any league.

We didn't play well at all. Can't understand why we have to bring everyone back for defending corners, why not leave Connolly up top? Would only keep about 5 players next season

Mensah
AOC
Toums
Shane MC
Fane

The loanees will all go back and the likes of Greg and Cole will be off.

Just watched the highlights and slowed things down.

A problem that has existed for season after season is that we don't get close enough to the opposition wing men which gives them time to cross the ball into our box time after time after time.

Get into the faces of the wing men and you cut off the supply that has caused us problems for season after season but particularly this one. Call it man to man marking if you like but we do neither this or get even close to them. Watch the highlights and judge for yourself about the amount of room and time the wing men have to pinpoint their crosses into our congested box.

Also can't understand the logic in not keeping at least one player up field at an opposition corner. Having all 10 in the box leaves no chance of an out ball going to one of our players.

Connolly the only one looking remotely up to it recently. Seems to be the only player who's improved under Derek.
