6 league games in (good, average or poor)

Ipswich 2 -2
Shrewsbury 2 -0
Rotherham 0 - 1
Gillingham 1 - 2
Sheff Wed 1 - 0
Wimbledon 3 - 4

Played 6
Won 2
Drew 1
Lost 3

Points 7 /18

Does that show a good, average or poor start

Personally it`s just an average start now

We are currently averaging 1.16 points per game which would give us 53 points over the season (could be enough to stay enough but long long way to go)

I thought there were worrying signs this afternoon that safety is by no means certain. Points gained so far had Sam in the team. Without him the defence looked ponderous and short on ideas. Neither central defender looked able to distribute the ball and had no pace. I hope improvements can be made otherwise the signs are suggesting the season will get worse IMO.

We have had a good start. We have only been outplayed twice this season (Rotherham 2nd half & Wimbledon 1st half) - we deserved 3 points against Ipswich, 1 against Gillingham, if we picked up them points we'd be sitting comfortable in the top half.

As long as we learn from our defensive mistakes, we'll stay up because we look very strong going forward and will score lots of goals this season
