I live in Blackpool and am trying to get an away shirt (2xl) but so far been unable to get one

Rung club shop 4 times now and also left phone messages but no response ???

Hopefully someone will call me back soon as really like the new away shirt

Everytime I go it's all locked up :( been a couple of times now on different days.

You would have thought the first Monday after payday they would have been open in the hope people were wanting season tickets.

They will be concentrating on the sales to existing 2020/21 season ticket holders i would think.
Does seem a shame to be losing the strong momentum we had, but they are also on a seasonal recruitment mission

They're busy phoning season ticket holders thathaven't already renewed today! At least 2 staff there so if anyone calls or visits today they should get some service. I went today and there was a new season ticket buyer in front of me! :D

While you was in the shop was there any sign of a restock of replica shirts or any mention when they might be in ?

It would also be helpful if they put pictures on the hoodies etc online. Tell people to go home and order online, yet we need to see what we are ordering really!

Yes the hoodies/jackets are very good and a great range especially for kids.

I got an away shirt & black training top and got my lad the home shirt and shorts.

Size wise I was quite chuffed that a large seemed ok despite the lockdown affect  I was even tempted to go for a medium but then thought after a pie and a couple of pints it might become a bit tight

It’s a shame to see that the online store is fairly lacking in not just stock but actual pictures for the leisurewear and other items. I’m sure they would sell a lot more hoodies, polo shirts etc online if there were pictures!

I heard that stock would be replenished today so fingers crossed on that front.

I am also wanting a couple of away shirts , but because the shop doesn’t open on a Saturday (why???) and I can’t get through the week I am down to online ordering .Problem is according to the website unless you are a XS or smaller you can’t order even though there are plenty of stocks  !

Put an order in over weekend, was phoned monday morning to let me know to come and pick it up.
The shop is receiving stuff in batches and don't have items or sizes of things on the drop down menus that aren't available, so as to not let you down, they are receiving more by the day and as you can imagine , being inundated with orders and requests, you can not go in through the club shop door but in through reception, there is a sign on the door, it's not their choice , it's covid restrictions to restrict numbers in one room.
I'm sure they'll all appreciate our patience at these difficult times and are doing their best to please every fan.

I've been trying to get hold of the club shop all week to find out about my season ticket which is rolled over from last season. I sent an email at 8 oclock last night and received an email back from Martin after 10pm. That's dedication. if you've filled in the online form for your renewal, this will be processed and information placed on the website when they are available for collection.

called in to the shop yesterday to check that my season ticket was being processed as I was in town. Graham assured me that it was in the system and I would be hearing something shortly. He is clearly under some pressure as he seems to be working on his own quite a bit so cut him a bit of slack. Top lad. :D

I thought I read somewhere that the latest season tickets would be accessed via an app' on your mobile. The above tends to suggest that we will get a card or similar.

I would prefer the latter. Does anyone know for sure what format they will be in?

There should be a way to preorder the out of stock shirts. The momentum and excitement is waning and people who were going to buy might not bother now which is such a shame as that is lost revenue for the club. Im based in Barnsley these days and have no way of getting to the shop. I would happily preorder even if it takes 2 months too arrive, just so its ordered.

I was in Friday. They are expecting another delivery of shirts on Monday. The shop is closed on Monday.
