As Jim said, if you bought on Monday check your tickets. Some, including mine, had League 1 Playoff 30th May in the centre of the ticket. They've been cancelled and replacements sent out this morning.

Couple of points. It appears Newport fans have received their tickets. Does anyone close to our club know when they propose to forward ours.

With the glitches and issues mentioned previously such as tickets sent for the wrong match, or minus barcodes, it's probably inevitable that some of us will also have issues and the longer we have to try and sort it out the better.

I also want to book a hotel for my lot for the weekend but want to see physical tickets in our hands before we book the rooms.

can anyone help?

How do I buy a ticket for me and my 9 year old lad? I can select 2 tickets but cant assign the second one as my 9 year old doesn't have an account (obviously as he's under 18). I can't see anyway to buy and child ticket at all :?: very confused

There have been a lot of issues with assigning names to tickets so I’d ignore that part. Select “Adult” to 1, select “Junior 16 & Under” to 1 ticket, click find tickets, they’ll be in your basket, all that’s left to do is pay.

Hate to slag off Ticket Master anymore but I am going to. In the early stages of preferential ticket purchase I tried to buy a £45 ticket along the side only to be informed none were available.

Surprise, surprise, tickets are now being sold near the halfway line (122) and it would appear you can get several together if you want without any of the issues we have faced up to now.

WTF. For the sake of football fans everywhere I hope the EFL never use this company again. Absolute shambles.

You mean people who missed out on buying a ticket 'cause they are sold out, are not going to buy a ticket?
That'll teach 'em!

No Keith, the fans who have tickets will not be spending any money at Wembley.

Thats the problem though... you can't pay/checkout without assigning all tickets

Successfully bought two Wembley tickets, but still haven't received a link to enable printing of tickets at home.

Has anyone else been able to print out their tickets yet?

They get sent out tomorrow/Friday..

Meanwhile Chelsea have sent 600 of their up to €400 a ticket allocation back. All the negative tests required and the cost of travel is ridiculous for 2 English sets of fans.
City fans are lucky their owner is paying for travel.

Hope Rod and co stump up for our travel when we get to the Champions League Final

I had heard before that they were being emailed tomorrow, aftet all we have paid £1.25 for a print at home ticket, but Graham in the shop confirmed they will be sent by ticketmaster in the next couple of days.

I will be twitching if nothing has happened by Friday lunchtime

I honestly think we won't sell them all :!: not because people don't want to go but because of the farce of actually trying to buy tickets from ticketmaster. The only reason I'm not going is a can't purchase an adult ticket and a child ticket at the same time and I'm not willing to risk travelling all that way and not being next to each other (he's only 9). I won't go without him as he'd be gutted

Simple way around this. Create 2 accounts if you can. You’d need 2 email addresses I think. You can then link them together by adding one to the others network. You can then buy 2 tickets together assuming there are some and assign one to the other person.

It's not even a way round it. It is what you are meant to do and was clearly written out in the ticketmaster userguide posted by the club.
Anyone who is getting a ticket needs to have an account, whether it be one the club made for you as a season ticket holder/iFollower subscriber or if you have to register a new one.

After that you follow the instructions to add any accounts you need to your network, put the tickets in your basket, reassign them to those in your network and then checkout.

I think you should be able too now I would think the tickets left will all be pretty close to each other.

Set two accounts up select the tickets on each account first without checking out (you have 30mins to finalise the order) and if they are near each other then pay for them.

If you're registering two accounts anyway, just link the accounts in your network and purchase the tickets together as one transaction - that way you know that you'll be sat together.... Even though I personally don't think it'll matter anyway.

I think the clubs instructions (on the website) are pretty clear to be honest. It does slightly baffle me how much people have struggled in the general sale period (clearly some issues with priority accounts). Have a good read of those instructions, if you're still struggling give me a PM with your contact number and I'll try and talk you through it over the phone.

I'd get a move on though.... The club announced this morning that there were only 250 tickets left.
