Ticketmaster login

Postby Posh » Mon May 24, 2021 10:06 am

I've registered on the Ticketmaster website. I've then read the club instructions, which say log in to the site using your Email Address and Password. However, when I've gone to log in, the site says "Enter your customer reference number" and password. I've not got a Customer Reference Number so can't login. This could be fun. I'm hoping it gets emailed out at 12 noon.

It’s the number you were given when activating the account e.g. 1234

I got a four digit code on the email sent out last night. Setting up the account was the easy bit!

I have just tried and it worked. The code and the password i set last night.

Are you on Ticketmaster pro? It looks like a page set up just for the club.

Same here I think. Login in with the 3 digit code the club sent and the password I set on eticketing.co.uk/lct2/ Doesn't seem to use email address at all.

Thanks.

Yes, this one https://www.eticketing.co.uk/lct2/Events/Index.

Weird I didn't see an account reference number in the setup and didn't make note of one. Could be fun.

Somebody has told me there is a queue already on TicketMaster. Not sure how?

Yes I was logged in because I was worried if I came out it would start saying password not recognised again, I refreshed page and it put me in the queue.

Yep, same here, I'm now 327 in the queue. It's yet another shambles. I logged in at 11.30 and all was fine and then it timed me out due to inactivity, and now I'm behind everyone else.

Exact same happened with me, got logged in early, kept refreshing and now 400 ahead of me. Oh well, as long as I do get in! Just frustrating that I'll have to sit around waiting so I don't miss my slot

A little irritating that there's another queue and that people have been able to join it before the quoted opening time.

However, this system will be far better than the one for the semis as it's run by Ticketmaster, who do ticket sales for much bigger events than this. I started at 496 and am already down to 318.

If you click All Areas in Select An Area there seems to be plenty of tickets.

Just got tickets - me and my Dad are iFollow subscribers so weren't able to purchase them together which was a little irritating as I thought we may have been able to with the assigning system. That didn't seem to be working though - not sure if this was down us not sorting out the permissions for doing so before logging on or if it was the iFollow 1 ticket only rule.

Still, managed to a tickets in the same block, just a few rows away! While we'd prefer to sit next to each other, it's not too much of a problem for us, but obviously this will be more of a problem for people with young kids or more elderly relatives etc.

My best advice would be to have both accounts open and try to select the category at the same time, and hope that you get placed next to each other. That should at least get you in the same block, and I think (hope) there will be a relatively liberal attitude to swapping seats among Shrimps fans given how the tickets are being distributed.

Same here and I changed his DOB on the Ifollow account to say he is a 20 year adult and not 8

I managed to get 2 seats together I have no idea how maybe because I had both accounts open like Little Shrimps says.

Sadly my attempts to get a ticket have failed. Using account number and my email produced message “errors on the page”. I hope the club can sort out the obvious problems if fans are not to become disillusioned and frustrated.

Hope everyone manages to secure tickets, let's hope should we ever get there again, we don't have this process and we can purchase them from the club shop or over the phone

If it helps I’ve just tried to logon myself and the account number or reference number is your four digit code on the email with two zeros at the front.
Then your password.
Eg Account number from email 1234 therefore your client reference number is 001234

Works fine after that.

Hope that helps.
