I think the entrance will basically be fenced off to particularly stop fans congregating, particularly from the Wirral

How does me bringing a flask put you at any risk?

What are the transmission rates when outside?

How many people under the age of 80 with no underlying health issues are at any risk at all?

Asthmatics who wasnt admitted to hospital recently dont qualify for the vaccine early which includes me, flask thing is a bit silly but its more to do with having to check if there's alchohol but its weird

But all the vulnerable have had both jabs haven't they? I am 39 and perfectly healthy but still had an invite for a jab.

I don't know why no flasks but carrying liquids does seem to be 'a thing.' When you do go for your jab you will get your bag searched and be asked to leave behind any liquids including hand sanitiser.

I know various people in their early 20s who have very light asthma however have had both vaccinations - think you need to get in contact with someone!

People who quote stuff like this just don’t get it. It’s not about you. I know you think most things are. The issue is people getting the virus and passing it to other people who are vulnerable. What we do know is that most people in vulnerable age groups and those will health issues have had their jabs. We don’t ‘know’ the protection yet. There is some pretty good evidence but it’s not concrete and won’t be for a long time yet. I’d hope that you have enough about you just to enjoy the football safe in the knowledge that making some sacrifices that may just help somebody else are worth it.

We're back at the Mazuma for the first time since Feb 2020 for a massive play-off game, the biggest game in the club's recent history.

Maybe just stop and calm down for a minute before getting wound up over rules around thermos flasks.

If i or my family were at risk of such a deadly virus I would stop inside safe and sound. I don't swim with sharks because I reckon one might eat me.

An odd statement for someone who has mentioned the impact of lockdowns on mental health to make.

But yeah, a mask for two hours. Unacceptable.

So let me get this straight, we’re being issued with a bottle of water on entry but have to wear a mask at all times whilst in the ground? Do we go outside every time we want a sip?

Just asking like.

You have to absorb it through your skin!

In all seriousness, just like anywhere, you’ll be allowed to drop your mask to consume anything you bring to the ground with you. Looking at TV coverage of games over the last few days, most don’t seem to be properly wearing a mask, and it doesn’t seem to be being enforced.

Well, the two people I knew who died from COVID-19 were both substantially under 80 and as far as I'm aware, didn't have underlying health issues. I interviewed one of them for his first job in care. Lovely bloke who was fantastic with the people who we supported. The Registered Nurse who trained in the same group as me, who is still off sick over a year after contracting COVID-19 is in her fifties and was previously healthy.

It's incredible that after all this time, you still know better than the scientists & health professionals.

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

Sorry to read this. At least the two people who I knew were in their sixties. Still far too young, but 24?

"A mask helps to protect other people, so I refuse to wear one"...
I genuinely struggle to understand how people can think like that?
