Having looked at this page, it mostly just seems to be slapping six figure price tags on League One/Two players at random. Not reliable at all.

My wife and I are currently in a Child Care Bubble with our 9 month old granddaughter as her mum works for the NHS in Preston in the front line. Worrying times for the family....

Sounds like a club either thought a player's contract was expiring, or heard there was a minimum release fee, so put in a lowball offer.
