Hopefully Jim can make a lot more appearances and then when the old legs cry enough we can find a coaching or assistant managers job for him, maybe with a long term view to him eventually being our manager. He's too good a man to lose! Some ex players make cracking managers, but then again some just can't hack it from some games I've seen this season
Think Jim would be one of those who would succeed and I could see his players running through brick walls for him.
