Joint Chairman message to the fans

Cheers Graham for the info posted on the OWS. Link provided above.

As for the life line..... well as far as I'm concerned I have no intention of asking for my season ticket payment to be paid back if we are unable to see games live this season as I fear may be the case.

I suspect that there are other fans who would be prepared to willingly give up the return of the cost of the season ticket to help out OUR club as it survives in these troubled times.

Every little bit helps..... ;)

We still get to watch the game and I'm thankful for that right now, what's gone has gone and the club are welcome to it.

I issued an open letter almost a month ago and have emailed our MP in recent times but all I’ve had is radio silence.

The MP...... is probably to busy with the tories new initiative..... “starve a kid, save a quid”

For the very last time Manc
Get rid of the Royal family and take all their money, disband the conservative party, have a permanent Labour government if you like, put Morris in stocks and throw what you like at him, I really don't [edit] 'care' but please do it in your own time and away from the football

Just because you made a total **** of yourself on the issue doesn’t mean you can silence everyone else.

I've accepted what I said came out wrong and have also gave a little insight as to why but that's something I've had to live with all my life and still do to this very day.
No amount of money would make the slightest difference but help for both me and my wife might.
Alas we can't fix the unfixable.

Then stop trying to shut down other people’s view of the MP just because you’ve had enough of the topic. People can criticise him, people can defend him. But you don’t get to dictate it. If you don’t like it on here you know where the door is.

2020 just keeps getting more and more warped. Does it also apply to views on football managers? Nice to see you stringing a sentence together without using an expletive.

I came round to your way of thinking when we met face to face and I had a long frendly chat with you on the prom, again, I held up my hand and admitted I got it wrong,

Now it would seem, I need to have the same chat, face to face, not on here with Shrimperteer and then he too can be made aware of circumstances, pm me mate and we'll have that chat.

Difficult to understand how a Joint Chairman's message has developed into topics so far removed from the original.

Children.....grow up and if you need to continue to slag each other off, go find a suitable forum and continue your childish behavior.

I would have thought by now that the mods would have used their influence and reminded those individuals of the original topic.... :o

Neil,
We all say things out of turn, some actually admit it but politics and football don't mix
A lesson I've learned to my detriment, it would seem other's want to prolong it and by doing so, become as bigger fool as I was.
My advice is, go tell the people you have problems with to their face, much easier resolved and in some cases, less painful.

Totally agree BUT too many hide behind a name on this forum meaning that we haven;t a clue who they are if we bumped into them in the street. I've one in particular who springs to mind.....   and it's not Mr P who i actually quite like.

Cheers mate,
It was an icebreaker and I think a far better understanding of each other came from it, your passion for Morecambe F.C is unquestionable and you owe your dad alot.
We live and learn, I won't keep you next time

I wasn't highlighting you Neil, it went for everyone,

Mr P needs no introduction, a friendly, hard-working local businessman and easily found, wish I was a quid behind him mind ;)
My chance came and went, sorry dad.

Our chairmen mentioned our MP, so that’s how it got started.

Neil, I think you need to go back and read some of your posts over the years before you criticise anyone, and just ask Jim Bentley what is was like to be slagged off.....he got a lot of abuse apparently from someone in C Prem..... so much they changed dugouts.
