It has finally stopped raining after heavy rain and thunder during the night and today so far! No cold beer today, might have a brandy to warm up.

Two very poor sides. Fortunately, they’re as bad at shooting as we are. Why did Carlos not shoot when clear? We look devoid of confidence up front. Daigouraga with a superb flick over his head, and turn... took two of their players out completely... high point of the game so far.

First goal is really important today as neither side look confident enough to come back from going behind.

Much the same as the reverse fixture at the end of last year; low quality football and not many clear chances in the first 45. I said then that the game was there for the taking and the Us took it, let’s hope we do today!

Called half of it correctly  Two poor sides.

We scored because Slew took a good shot from distance. After a rebound, Phillips scored well. But we then decided to sit back and defend deep. Literally ten minutes before they equalized I said “it is coming...” Sure enough the only team looking likely to score, did so.

After the substitutions, we got back on top again and they had the weirdest time wasting, with a substitution that took four minutes, then didn’t happen! It appeared to disrupt them even more and in the end, a fantastic save from their keeper kept them in it.

A poor game, between two poor sides, interspersed with some exciting moments!

We are now adrift in the table.... as said straight fight between 2. Missed opportunity today. There goal was coming for 10 minutes, we sat back instead of going for the second. Cole should have scored near the end....

A horrible game of football with the two sides cancelling each other out. At one point, 20 players were stood on top of one another on the half way line. Carlos struggled for room but still showed touches of pure class. The defence looks solid, we have a midfield that can dominate but we are poor in attack. Cole should have won that game.

don’t think we sat back 2nd half we were pushed back, and Cole Stockton became “isolated” hence Wildig coming on for Kenyon to play further up to support Stockton.

just hope we can bring in a Striker who doesn’t need like “8 chances to score 1 goal”

That pretty much sums the game up.

Slew is a liability at present, but played nearly the full game?? A much needed point, but a game that has gone begging. Move on to Cheltenham.

Not the best of displays by any means.

Typical bottom of the table performance and our result and results elsewhere means we are certainly in the poo.

Can't understand why we sat back in the second 45 and allowed them to dominate possession. Also why did we sit back after our goal instead of going for the 2nd.... :?: :?: :?:

When DA first came we pressurized their back line but for some reasons we seem to have stopped doing that.

Unless DA can bring in a striker in the next week then we have to go with what we've got but for me we need to play Cole and AJ together from the off with DA's signing Slew the obvious casualty although I doubt that DA will go for that.

Stockton is doing far too much on his own but had he buried that chance, it was a certain 3 points
