LOL! What spare "budget"???
You didn't notice how we couldn't even compete with National League sides when it came to signing players?
Hopefully the owners will produce some cash in January, otherwise we're screwed.

Thanks. I have won my £10 bet with a mate. He said that it would be at least 8 games before this was trotted out.
Agree though, any manager can only play with the squad he has. We will stay up.

Hi Keith, i think in your excitement to post you misread my post. I hope you haven't laughed too hard. In an interview with Radio Lancs last week, DA said that all this seasons budget had been used up in the summer. Still with me? He then said he doesn't like to work like that, he likes to keep some spare for the January market. Got that bit? Good. Have a listen to what he said during the interview Keith, he talks a lot of sense.
Shrimpeteer, time to stop the mourning and move on mate. In DA we trust but not even he can polish Jim's turd.

Does your mate want to make any silly bets with me? It is a fact, the squad left behind is poor. You were all saying it in defence of Jim so why is it different now?

A positive interview from DA. Again, talks lots of sense and mentions his pride in the players efforts.
Remember when Cranston got sent off and so many people on here tore in to him for costing us points? Not heard much from these people slagging Sam and Richie off. Strange that.

Cant compare Cranstons sending off with the other 2 imo, his was petulance and un necessary, at least Sam and Richie were trying to defend.
Bit screwed for Saturday, Brownsword or Kenyon?

Just a thought but what do I know, I was an engineering manager, not a football manager.
I don't know where I read it but if I can be arsed I'll have a look tomorrow, unless of course marky No.1 helps out

He's covered loads of ground, defended well and been involved in anything positive we've produced going forwards. Let's hope he's beginning to realise his potential.
Plymouth just hit the post.

It was me that wrote it after the Carlisle game having read the programme, unless u seen it somewhere else.
Slanester, "must not lose" is out of the window now for me, we need 3 wins from somewhere in the next few weeks just to hang on to shirt tails. Having not beaten Carlisle, for me we HAVE to beat Oldham whatever happens against Newport.
Thank goodness for Bury
