Doesn’t matter what the supporters forecast, we MUST win the game. If not, then the fan and the sh!te, are getting way too close.

2-1 Shrimps win. COYS

For me this is vital to win looking at the other games coming up. We don't want to be going into the new Year still bottom of the league.

2-0 win for us please!

I was in Carlisle today and got chatting to some of the natives wearing team jackets, they seem to think it a mere formality that they come to Morecambe and take the 3 points, I reminded them that they're playing garbage and no better than the sides around or below them.
Please Morecambe, win this game and send out a message that you'll fight until there's nothing left in the tank, overcome these false wannabes and show an act of defiance at those who write you off.
Me and my son will be in attendance to honour this victory!

Did they mention they were top of Division One once (for about 10 minutes)? 1974 i think the year was. Remember they are a big side and in a false position! ;)
Don't worry be happy!

Yes , Carlisle won their first 3 matches in League 1 in that season to go top on goal difference.

One of the 3 wins was against London's biggest (although not most successful) club that included Martin Chivers and Martin Peters in its line-up. A penalty from the late Chris Balderstone decided the match.

I go for Morecambe 3 Carlisle 2 crowd 3,747.

Lancaster-By-Sea 0-37* Carlisle United (Low score due to being distracted by FA Cup)

The starting point for a Liverpool-esque 30 games without defeat for us, as 20,000 Cumbrians return home with 3 points

*1, maybe

At least neither of us has to worry about the trapdoor this year with Macclesfield burning up
