Crewe have had 30 attempts today. That’s a shot every 3 minutes plus 12 corners
We have been totally totally battered

Referee getting a big decision wrong, not giving a clear penalty, may have made a difference, but we were second best.
Next game is a MASSIVE six pointer for us.

But I think last seasons squad was the best we had for a long time
roll on January and hopefully DA can get some quality players in,and perhaps we're not too far adrift by then

Agree. Second half of last season was brilliant. This is the worst squad we have had in my opinion and I still worry about the squad improving and staying up. I am optimistic though and January can’t come soon enough, again. -19 GD

Will the budget allow for any kind of change?

Send Miller back and Lewis is out of contract in January. Plenty of loans still be used and I am pretty sure DA will have asked the question before taking the job.
Ken and Lee Jones have been replaced in house so 2 more off the wage bill

Going to be one hell of a game and your lucky mascot will be there to witness another home win

That’s good......
to be fair I would massage Redrobo naked if it meant a home win

Bollocks..
Yet again you love creating untruths but that's been an on going mission for year.
Time you treat yourself to a new bone.....
Slanester wrote:Today, against a play off quality team, desperate for a bounce in their form, we were 2nd best early doors, understandably. They “hammered” us down our left side, and were able to get far too many crosses into the box, and their first goal was just a matter of when, from the tactic. It was a storm, that was always going to happen, and needed to be weathered, but for me, even at 2-0, we weren’t out of the game. The INCORRECT red card decision, and two deflected goals, dictated the game completely, and “put it to bed,” unfortunately for us. I don’t agree that we were awful at the start, just under the cosh. The run of the game, then dictated everything.. unjust scoreline, Crewe’s tails up, down to 10, change of shape/ game plan, confidence/ morale shot down, etc, etc, near impossible task.
Carlisle is a big game, but one we can definitely win.
