Shape and formation, and one thing i noticed against Carlisle was the players showing more for the ball, pass and move etc

Oh and a change of "attitude"

Will he change a winning team? Is he going to say more of the same please and try to get these players to bond together for a few games? Will he try others?

Probably a bit early to know his best team but today is going to be interesting ;)

The only change I would make is bringing A Jay into the starting X1 His link up play (and goal) changed the games both against Orient and Carlisle.

AJ wasnt fully ready for Orient, then he scored in 30 seconds, lol. I presume the same applied for Carlisle so bringing him back slowly, should be close by now?
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Regarding new ideas-----I just hope that when we have a throw in, we use the the law that says "you can't be offside from a throw-in".We don't seem do it very often.

It will be interesting to see if his tactics change for away games. We were very attack minded at home on Tuesday but will he take that in to away games? Will he manage the situation we are in and take a point away from home but try and win all the home games?
