O/T Who are your favourite non UK teams?

As the title of the post says...Are there any other teams across this beautiful world you look out for?

My only UK team has always been MFC, even to being the butt of mild jokes, being the only Morecambe supporter (as my ONLY team) in my years at school many years back.
However, I have watched and become partizan to other teams ex UK when living abroad.

Teams I also look to results / have had an interest in...

BKS Stal Bielsko (Polish Divison Okregowa (approx Division 6 - though there are over 40 leagues(!) at this level)
MPPJ Selangor (sadly, defunct)
Vranov FC
Delhi United
Torpedo Moscow
Rayo Vallecano
Istanbulspor

Being a Morecambe supporter from an early age meant I could never like a team at the top, though MPPJ came close when winning the FA Cup final 3-0 in front 0f 75,000 (which was insane given attendances at home were about 200 at the start of the season in the second division).

So, what non-UK teams do you like / look out for (if any) apart from our wonderful home town team?

Two or 3 times a year I watch my wife's home team CP Villarrobledo who play in the 3rd division of the Spanish leagues. Although that's a bit misleading because there are 4 regional 3rd divisions, I think.

They remind me so much of watching Morecambe.
The play in red, I can't recall when I last saw them win at home, they've a couple of stand out players although they are always free transfers, etc. According to transfermarkt.com they're about the same level.

If my father in law is feeling adventurous we go and see the local "big" team in Albacete, 30 miles down the road. He proudly tells me Andres Iniesta's first club.
Who'd want to smell like you?

When I worked in Sakhalin Island I used to go watch FC Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk so I suppose they’re my non UK team.

Chiang Mai FC. Just got relegated from the Thai Premier League after their first ever season in the top tier.

Tend to watch most of their home games when over there. Spent about 3.5 years living there in total over a few stints since 2006.

Also enjoyed watching Liga Quito in Ecuador when I was there for a while in 2004.

Interesting replies, as I was wondering if, as Morecambe supporters, those of us would follow the top teams in the country or smaller ones.

Definitely Villarrobledo is a tiny side, in the third tier for the first time, a challenging season will continue and let's wish them better luck than the once lovely club of Puerta Bonita FC (with the cheapest beer in Madrid in their clubhouse) and Huracan of a pueblo outside Valencia.

Sakhalin's situation is nuts, being in a 6 team league with another team, Sibir Novosibirsk, an 8 hour flight away! Really amazing league and I would love to know how they can afford it given attendances are less than 1,000!

Antalyaspor is an up and down team and not one of the Turkish biggies, as are Chiang Mai (though what a beautiful city!).

St Pauli are a team in the ilk of Rayo Vallecano (I love what I've heard about tSt Pauli) and a team to follow for the culture rather than the quality.

Potted Shrimp likes a mixture of the top to a host of under achievers, though with regards to Sparta, Vitkovice or Trinec (if they were in the same league, at least) would give them a good battle, to be sure.

And then there's Aspers...who only missed out on the Miami Hot Mamas.

Good to see a range of teams that are mostly not at the top, and in this mini survey I conclude (most unwisely) that good Morecambe people and supporters who become expats continue to delight in supporting the underdog.
