ticket allocation

If the same procedure is followed as with other matches where the away support was expected to exceed their allocation, there will be an announcement shortly before kick off for away fans in the Morecambe section to make themselves known to a steward and they will be escorted to the away section. What happens if 500 Bradford fans make themselves known, where do we put them all then.

This is what happened with Hereford and Darlington and possibly others. At least the Darlo fan last year provided some entertainment by causing a fracas on the Carwash while he was being escorted round and getting chucked out before he got to the away end

If its tickets only for the Bradford fans then they have no excuse for being in the home end, so it wouldn't be a case of being escorted to the away end, just removed from the ground.

It was definitely ticket only for the away fans for the Hereford play off in 2006 and i think it was the same last year against Darlington but any of their fans in the Morecambe end were given the opportunity to make themselves known and be escorted to the away end so a precedent appears to have been set.

As i said the only one i saw being removed from the ground was the Darlo fan last season who caused problems on the Carwash while he was being escorted round

What worries me and please correct me if i'm wrong, but if there was a serious problem i.e.Bradford fans in the North Stand or an incident down the Car Wash side, am I right in thinking that it's MFC (the home club) who get the punishment e.g. fines, points deducted or anything else that can be thrown at us by the FL? :(

The same reason we'd have to move if we played L**ds or Huddersfield next season - MONEY.

I know alot of mates and fans who've already been down and got their tickets for this fixture. The way it's going it is going to be yet another sell out like last season and I wouldn't bet against City fans being in the home end either....whether it be the North stand or whatever.

We gave you your biggest attendance ever last season and it'll be interesting to see if the locals come out of the woodwork yet again this season what with your average attendance being only 1,974....either way it'll still be a bumper for your club...whether the City fans make up the numbers is yet remained to be seen. :ugeek:

Simple. Their pockets will be stitched up! ;)

Offer to put on free trains from Bradford to Morecambe. Problem solved, they'll get here after the final whistle.

Can you tell I've been on more than a few late trains recently
