who runs this local free paper??

i received my free paper dated thursday 26th feb 2009

on

sunday 1 march 2009 and thing that most annoyed me was the fact that it arrived at 16.30pm


and my wife managed to rattle the paper through the final stages of the cup final, now had it been delivered on time there was a good chance she would have visited the open weekend advertised on the front/back cover, now here's the thing the open weekend lasted from 10.00am till 16.00pm on that very sunday 1st march 2009 and i received my paper at 16.30pm

glad i'm not paying for that level of advertising service
