A Chester fan once ran over a litter of black cats on his way to winning the albatross shooting competition that was held on an Indian burial ground...

After Tommy Smith you wouldn't think a club could be made to suffer even more than that! I do feel sorry for the decent Chester fans, although I must say, most of them that I had any contact with were complete twats who are as bad as the clowns in charge.

So how did that work out then?

I'll never forget Statler and Waldorf, as we christened them.

"My grandson plays for chester, where's my free ticket"

"We don't give out free tickets to the away team"

"But he plays for chester, I'm not paying to watch my own grandson"

"I'm sorry, we don't give free tickets to teams that don't give us free tickets"

"So you lot didn't get free tickets at Chester"

"No"

"So where's my free ticket? My grandson plays for Chester"

Some people try it on and walk away laughing. This pair tried the same routine for three games.

That aside, I have been treated well whenever I've been to the Deva.

I've been under the impression Vaughan and Wright were like the two Ronnie's.

...Biggs and Kray.

I must be honest though and say i seriously do not know what the situation is @ Chester having never really been that fussed about other clubs!

The way they treat their supporters and players is beyond belief!!

Oh, and i've heard Weymouth are looking for share - buyers. Lets just hope Vaughan and co don't know.

After taking Ladbrokes for over £1 Million, possibly the fans could buy that share.
The local Weymouth paper (Echo I think) prints a saturday morning story that the players are on strike, although other threads on here state insurance problems too, everyone knows except Ladbrokes that the team will all be kids from the youth squad so everyone bets against Weymouth and the bookies are fleeced!
