Where are you going to stand

Where are you going to stand

or sit at the new ground? I'll really miss the spot I use in the North Stand and sort of hope all the familiar faces around me move to identical places in the new home stand.
Is anybody planning a new location?

I suppose that very much depends. Will the side opposite the main stand be seated or terraced? If it's terraced I guess that's where my family will end up because I can't see there being a paddock equivilent ;)

I stand just to the right of the goal at the back of the North stand and will stand in the same place at the new ground providing them annoying kids that were there yesterday are either supervised or on the nearest playgound.

I hope we can get more people bunched together who are going to sing at the new ground, to create a better atmosphere. Maybe us as fans could organise an area for this to happen, top/middle behind the goal?

Loved Freez's comment " Its like standing next to cage full of sparrows "
Still they've paid their money and theres something not right about being told to be quiet at a match, whats next, banning chanting? I don't feel well!

Do you think we should do what Rochdale have done, and have home fans behind both goals and away fans down one side?

Some time ago I suggested, rather stole the idea from others ;) , for an area behind the goal painted in a red heart shape, on the steps.

If you don't sing your heart out for the lads, you can't stand there, a bit of self policing involved I know, but it works in other grounds!

Having fans behind both goals is a good idea, if there's enough fans to occupy both ends, otherwise it'd look empty all the time!

A bit of a hypothetical question BB as at the moment it is likely to be somewhere in mid-air  . I'd like to sample a few locations to get to know the new ground, but off-centre behind a goal North Stand style has been fav. It might depend also on the glare and angle of the sun during the games or the back-drop view of the hills for those quiet moments between the action. A shame changing ends via the bar at half-time can't be an option - sorry, of course being in the Football League is far better than having to go back to that.

I reckon everyone should go in the side stand, what the car wash is or main stand now and bring the atmosphere there so hopeufully you'd get it all around the ground instead of just one stand
Get over it ;)

I think it will be a very interesting pre season - a time when everyone will be wandering around and changing places, see where their mates are and their enemies  In the friendly fixtures will we be able to wander and meander during the game or are we governed by the League rules?

Will we have an "open day" before the 1st match where we can have a stadium tour for £X so we can get a feel for it and sample the free beer and bouncy castles
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think
