I still think calling the away end the Bells End (after the whisky of course) is a genius idea. I think it could get a good amount of publicity for the club and people would always have a chuckle when they came to play morecambe.

I bet there's a few chants can be made for it as well.

Whatever commercial name the ground gets, I am sure most of us will refer to the ground as "Christie Way" :D

Another way to honour the man who gave us a ground in the first place we should perhaps name the Main Stand after him - maybe even painting out his face in the seats like Preston. Would look a lot better than the predictable MFC. :roll:

I think a prominently place plaque acknowledging his legacy would be a good idea. Something to display the club's appreciation.
