I'm going for a guess for the first 5 games....

Portsmouth (a)
Cambridge (h)
York (h)
Stevenage (a)
Wycombe (h)

Start with anything but Exeter, Plymouth or Yeovil down here in the South West please. I've got the first date booked and it can't be cancelled. I see few enough games as it is!

Away at Wycombe would be novel.

So how did that work out then?

Or a Friday. They don't have derby matches on opening day.

Barnet at home would be perfect for obvious reasons.

We have played them twice already in the FL on the opening day of seasons, let's hope for a 3rd !!

Then, we can welcome them !!

Meanwhile half the thread has disappeared because we are discussing some of the shit fixtures that may or may not happen in the next 10 months

Calls for the League to pay for Carlisle travelling to a place somewhere in the South that apparently may or may not take place sometime between August and April , on a day that ends in a "Y" but is not a Saturday
