Half League 1 is less than 2 hours away and 17 are North of Birmingham...
Only 4 trips under 2 hours in League 2 and only 6 North of Birmingham :?

Just 2 local derbies and can't see the terrace being open very much :(

Can't wait for the Tuesday night fixtures
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

if her there was an argument for promotion, this is it. I imagine away followings would double in L1

If we were in L1 instead of Southend, I think double would be very conservative..

I'd always been worried whether we'd cut it in L1, but given last season's impressive wins against the better teams, and having watched a few more L1 matches than usual recently, I don't think we'd be out of place. I think we'd have a fair chance of staying up rather than demotion the following year.

With the bigger attendances, we'd certainly have more money to have a full squad of quality players rather than the mix of quality and youngsters Jim has to compromise with at the moment. Maybe this Summer's renewal of the stadium naming rights will release some funds for Jim to bring in another couple of quality signings to let them go for promotion this season?
