Pre Season Friendlies. Who do we want??

Blackpool at home would be good. As would Motherwell again for obvious reasons !

As for away trips, I'd quite like Carnforth Rangers and Kendal Town again.

Lancaster have Blackpool in a pre-season so can't see us getting them as well.
Agree with Carnforth Rangers away, not too far to travel.

Everton, Bury, Huddersfield, Motherwell all at home and Chorley amongst the away games of Carnforth and Kendal ....

Bury at home due to the fact we helped them go up. Sure they agree. Liverpool or Everton, Blackburn Preston and someone like Rochdale ? Aways at Lancaster Kendal or southport !

It would be good to arrange a mini-Scotland tournament, invite three teams (Motherwell being one) down for a week, or an extended long weekend. Fill the town with Scotts again like in the good old days and a money spinner for the club too. They enjoy coming, the town could do with them and the club gets three pre-season friendlies sorted too.

away we usually have a couple of the smaller Merseyside clubs , AFC Liverpool , Prescot Cables

an away game against our friends at Southport would be a good day out too.
