I saw a few Bury fans today in Gosport waddling their way to Fratton Park.
They do like their lard in that part of East Lancs.

Bury 0 Southend 1

We have two massive games to play now against Wycombe and Southend both on 81 points

Looks like Southend will probably bring more than they would have done on 2nd May

Hate bury an glad they got beat. We've gotta big say who can go up now tho I'd expect Southend to bring a massive crowd with them next week especially if we beat wycombe.

Southend changed its entire strike force at half time and as a result one of the replacements scored the winning goal. All credit to 'sun tan' for seeing that things needed changing and did it early rather than with 20 minutes to go which is the usual managerial tactic.

It could all come down to who can score the most goals against us!! If Wycombe thrash us on saturday they are up, but if by some miracle we manage to make one last effort and keep the score down then Sarfend will start like they did against us in the FA Cup to score a hatful. Lets hope our boys forget about the beach for a bit longer!
