Is it set out like Question Time on TV where one of the board or commercial director, sits with a panel and then looks into the audience and cheery picks people he knows with rose tinted glasses?

I Wonder if there will be any special announcements,like er...MAJOR INVESTMENT FROM THE EAST!!
