What next ?

Annoying thing for fans and players alike is that we know the lads are capable of better. Some of them are Jeckyll & Hyde characters from one game to another. Occasional glimpses of brilliance amid a sea of mediocrity. Each game, they just don't gel, the team aspect is evaporating and there's more and more evidence each game at them getting at and arguing with eachother. It's a long way from the days when Jim said they'd walk through walls for him. Just doesn't seem a happy place to be anymore. Presumably, they'll already have a good idea of who's being released in Summer, so perhaps some just aren't bothered now, or perhaps there's doubt and they're all worried about their future which must be demotivating. Whatever, it's time the Board and Management sorted it out as it's becoming very damaging.
